Section 512
Place Of Formation Of Contract
(1) The place where the offerer
sends an offer expecting to receive its acceptance shall be deemed
to be the place of formation of the contract.
(2) If the place is not specified pursuant to sub-section (1),
the place where the offerer receives acceptance shall be deemed to
be the place of formation of the contract.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-sections (1)
and (2), if the parties specify the place of its formation in the
contract, such a place shall be deemed to be the place of formation
of the contract.
